    This startup data serves as the foundation to build a startup ecosystem. The database will serve as one of MIKTI's contributions to the national industry, and assist all stakeholders in policy making as well as strategy and program formulation which are more effective.

Lulusan Teknik Telekomunikasi dari Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) pada tahun 1985-1990, kemudian melanjutkan studinya di University of Southern California, Amerika Serikat, pada 1991-1992 dengan mengambil jurusan Master of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Pernah menjabat sebagai SVP Media and Digital Business dari Juni 2016 hinggal Maret 2020. Saat ini dipercaya untuk menduduki jabatan EVP Digital and Next Business, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. dan Komisaris PT. Metranet.
Tidak hanya itu, sejak 2018 Joddy Hernady juga menjabat sebagai komisaris di Cellum Global, sebuah fintech kerja sama strategis antara Telkom dan Cellum yang berbasis di Hungaria.
Bidang utamanya adalah digital strategy, pengembangan produk digital, dan portofolio digital di Telkom Group.

Terampil dalam Kewirausahaan, Pengembangan Bisnis, Strategi Digital, Manajemen, dan Kemitraan Strategis. Profesional pengembangan bisnis yang kuat lulus dari Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
